At Fairway Collections, we sell both digital products and physical products.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed or delivered due to the nature of digital content.

Refunds for digital products may be considered only if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded.
• You received a product that is materially different from its description.
• You did not receive access to your purchased digital product.

Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include all original accessories and contents.

If your physical order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

Digital products: Exchanges are not available.

Physical products: Exchanges may be offered for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
