Are your products physical or digital?
Fairway Collections offers both digital products and physical products. Each product page clearly indicates whether the item is a digital download or a physical product.
How long does delivery take?
- Digital products: Delivered instantly after successful payment confirmation.
- Physical products: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
How will I receive my order?
- Digital products: Delivered electronically through the download link provided after checkout and/or by email.
- Physical products: Shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Tracking information is provided when available.
Can I request a refund?
- Digital products: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available after delivery or download, except in limited circumstances described in our Refund Policy.
- Physical products: Eligible returns and refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
